Thrive
Thrive is a two-year initiative funded by Research England, led by the University of Liverpool in partnership with the Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and Advance HE. The project seeks to redefine research team dynamics, focusing on diversity and inclusivity. Its aim is to develop a new model of team-based working, which will be piloted through AHRC this year.
Thrive Project Branding
We were commissioned to collaborate with the Thrive team and create a brand identity that conveyed teamwork, diversity, inclusivity, and a strong connection to research. The project aims to make research more accessible to a broader range of people, particularly those who may not traditionally see themselves as part of the research community.

The identity needed to celebrate diverse voices and promote inclusivity in a way that was both welcoming and professional. We developed a simple yet effective logo and a versatile visual style that encapsulated the collaborative and inclusive spirit of the project. Additionally, we provided a suite of assets to support Thrive throughout its lifecycle, ensuring the brand remained consistent and impactful.

This identity now stands as a symbol of Thrive’s commitment to transforming how research teams operate and making research a more inclusive space.
